I have read the EMWF COVID-19 Safety Plan and agree to adhere to the requirements of the plan while participating at the festival.

I acknowledge that policies and procedures may change as new public health regulations are announced and I will be required to follow the regulations in place at the time of the festival..

I acknowledge and agree that the EMWF, its directors, organizers, employees, volunteers, other stakeholders, or any of their respective successors, heirs, or assigns, cannot be held liable for any injuries or losses of any kind incurred as a result of my attendance at the festival or any changes to its format or dates.

I agree that, as part of my volunteer work, to keep in strict confidence sensitive information regarding the EMWF and its clients.

I grant permission to the EMWF to photograph or videotape me in the course of my participation as a volunteer for the purposes of any form of media or print material.

I understand that I am representing the EMWF during my time volunteering and I agree to act in a professional manner at all times.
